Fitness Classes in Glasnevin
We offer a variety of Fitness, Yoga and Pilates classes. These classes are suitable for women of all ages and abilities who wish to lose weight, tone up, improve their health and well being. The exercises are carefully selected and designed to give you a complete and safe workout. The routines while easy to follow are very effective and enjoyable. Alternative exercises are given to participants with already existing injuries. In the class, there is a relaxed atmosphere where the participants can get to know one another.
